BID NOTICE
(For allotment of plot of land at  Bamboo Technology Park, Jambari)

Bamboo Technology Park proposes to allot plot of land as given below on sub -lease basis to accommodate industrial ventures in Bamboo sector.

Sealed bids are invited from the interested companies/ parties for allotment of the same. The Bid documents with terms and conditions will be issued to the intending entrepreneurs on payment of Rs.5,000.00 in bank draft (non refundable) for each plot of land from 20/12/2016 to 03/01/2017 during office hours at the office of the Bamboo Technology Park, H.No.265, Rajgarh Road, Chandmari, Guwahati-781003.

The bids should accompany the Security Deposit @ 25% of the offered amount in the form of Demand Draft/ Banker’s Cheque drawn in favour of “Bamboo Technology Park” payable at Guwahati. Bid not accompanied by the Security Deposit shall be rejected.

Sealed bids will be received up to 14.00 hours on 04/01/2016 in the office of the Bamboo Technology Park addressed to Chief Executive Officer, Bamboo Technology Park. Bids received after the above date and time will not be accepted. The bid will be opened on 04/01/2016 at 15.00 hours in presence of the intending bidders/ representatives. The bid notice is also available in the web site www.bambootechnologypark.com.

BTP reserves the right to reject any or all the bids without assigning any reason thereof.
